Welcome to Green Class.

Our teachers are: Mrs Hooper (Monday to Wednesday) and Mrs Holding (Thursday to Friday). 

Our class learning is topic based and we plan topics and themes which provide learning opportunities through lots of interesting activities and investigations. We always allow an element of flexibility, so we are able to respond to interests and needs that the children bring. This ensures that their learning is relevant, exciting and engaging.

In Year 1 we are developing further the fundamental skills of phonics, reading, writing and maths. We enjoy stories and talking together. Forest School allows us to take our learning outside!
